Trade Pet Supplies Deliveries |
Items can be delivered by various carriers. It is however not possible to choose the carrier. A proof of delivery (signature) may be required upon delivery. Deliveries do not take place on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Delivery service is not available for P.O. Box addresses or BFPO addresses.
Deliveries to UK and Ireland Only
We do not drop ship
Cost
- Pallet Delivery Orders need to be £450 before vat minimum, for carriage paid. Due to costs, we regret that deliveries to Scotland, Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man minimum order would need to be £500.
- Parcel Courier Orders need to be £250 before vat minimum for carriage paid, we can only send unbreakable items, no tanks, hutches, parrot cages or Large ornaments can be sent, unless agreed at consumers own risk.
- Van Deliveries need to be £250 minimum for carriage paid, please check with Den Marketing Office for delivery areas and days, we only deliver to certain areas on certain days, and deliver only to local areas to our warehouse. Please check with our office for details.
- We reserve the right to charge local courier rates for any orders below minimum, on director of the company discretion
Order Collection
- If you wish to collect from our warehouse, please call us to arrange time and day.
- We respectably ask for a minimum of 24 hour notice so the order can be prepared for collection.
- Orders for collection next day must be placed no later than 2pm the day before.
- Latest collection time from our warehouse is 3pm
Delivery Time
- 3 to 5 business days after dispatch from our warehouse. Although this may be longer during busy periods.
- Parcels going to business & residential addresses may be delivered Monday to Friday Only. Saturday Deliveries will be charged, unless agreed with a Den Marketing Representative.
- Next Day deliveries need to be with us no later than 1pm the day before, after this time we cannot guarantee next day delivery. This applies to Carrier, Parcel and Van Deliveries.
Attempted Delivery
- If our courier can't deliver your order on the first attempt, delivery will automatically be attempted again the next day, after this if unsuccessful delivery the courier will hold the order until contact from either the delivery point or from the sender.If no contact is made the day after this time, the delivery will automatically be sent back to us.
- If goods have been returned and a redelivery request has been made once the goods have been received back to our warehouse, a redelivery charge will be incurred, only if we have attempted contact with the delivery destination with no response.
- If an arranged delivery has been failed as a result of consumers fault and redelivery arranged, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.
